Founded in 1980 in Pierceville, Kansas, High Plains Public Radio serves thousands of listeners across five states: western Kansas, eastern Colorado, the panhandles of Texas and Oklahoma, and the southwest corner of Nebraska. We operate 12 stations across the region, as well as six translators.
